Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify and describe the psychological stress exerted on laboratory engineers of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Life of Farhat Abbas Setif University.

This study was conducted using the field survey method for laboratory engineers in the college.

The research started by identifying stress and its effects on performance.

The research environment has reached a number of results, most notably the exposure of laboratory engineers to pressure during work, indicating that they do not help to perform tasks well during the work of laboratories.

And ends with some recommendations aimed at working on the management of pressures, such as attention to the psychological and behavioral aspects of laboratory engineers, with the need to alleviate the reasons for pressure to avoid accumulation of effects and ensure good work
