The phenomenon of scientific theft is one of the most important pests that have been rampant in the Algerian university circles lately, especially with technological development.

This phenomenon has exceeded the limits of time and space has become areal threat to do credibility of Algerian scientific research in the form of multiple and varying degrees of risk.

And the indifference -sometimes - by the contributors and actors in the industry of this scene, whether they are students of researcher or teachers professors or professors discuss.

Everyone asks as much as we especially hear and watch daily such models withoutmoving the static of us all.

These ideas and others framed by the university questions are what are the determinants of scientific theft? What are their causes? What are their manifestations? What are the measures to reduce the spread this disease in the academic community?
