The current study aims to identify meta cognitive among kindergartens.
The study has included a sample of (250) child of official kindergartens in Baghdad (Karkh and Rusafa).
In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher has built a test for ( meta cognitive ) after reviewing theories and former studies regarding the aforesaid subject, the met cognitive test includes in its final formulation 27 items that being distributed on three areas: Knowledge (9) items, (9) items for observation and (10) items for evaluation either.
The researcher has achieved the standard characteristics of the instrument of honesty and stability Honesty was verified in two ways: virtual honesty and honesty of construction, and the consistency of the test was extracted1.
The kindergartens with preliminary age enjoy with meta cognitive 2.
The meta cognitive concept among the kindergartens is not to be affected by the coefficient of type.
