Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the importance of judicial accountability as one of the most important mechanisms to combat financial corruption, by examining a set of concepts related to judicial accounting and financial corruption, in addition to reviewing some Arab experiences that adopted judicial accountability as a mechanism to combat financial corruption, and the study concluded that judicial accountability plays an important role in combating financial corruption through the techniques and skills that distinguish it, and the services that it provides as supporting legal cases service and investigation services.

The study also recommended the need for coordination between professional accounting bodies, universities and Scientific institutes, in order to raise awareness of the important role of judicial accountability in the fight against financial corruption and to devote integrity and financial transparency, through organizing school days and holding scientific seminars
