Abstract EN

Today, small and medium enterprises are among the best means of stimulating economic development, given their ease of adaptation and flexibility.

It contributes to the general gross domestic product and to increase and diversify income, not to mention its ability to generate jobs, and its links with economic projects, give and take.

We will review the development of the small and medium enterprises sector, in the period covering the last five plans for development, including the period of launching the new economic growth model, as we address the investment trends and project approvals that involved them and the role of actors in preserving the sector's gains.
