Abstract EN

This Research is an attempt to study the extent of contribution and the efficiency of Iraqi social perfection network salary programme in the provision of the Iraqi family needs viz .

economical , hygienic (healthy) , educational and family and social relationships .

This program me is one those which tackles one of the heavy bequests that the Iraqi society has suffered for decades and its reflections and dedclines that is poverty which is considered the basic incubator for most phenomena of deviation , decay and terrorism .

According to the result of this research , it is appeared that the subsidy given by ministry of labour and social affairs has no enough contribution in fulfilling the needs of the Iraqi family which has an income below poverty line.

Yet, it has contributed to a certain extent in decreasing of the intensity of family problems due to poverty (lack of money) in addition to its tangible contribution in taking care of  ٢٤١٣ the blivd and the paralyzed groups as well as taking care of them by their families after receiving the salary of social protection network.

It has been shown from the responses of the investigated people that the sample of the unemployed (registered at bureau office of employing in search of a work /a job) has no advantage / benefit of these aids / subsidies, especially the unmarried / sirgle since the amount of the subsidy is five thousands TD Thus they prefer working or employment instead of the, subsidy which is considered as an imposed unemployment by This research has a number of inquiries that reflect the extent of the yield of the salary of social protection network upon the status of the Iraqi family included in the program me .Besides, dose it have positive reflection upon the economic-cal,(healthy), and educational status as well as the status of social and family relationships of the individuals and the families included in the laws of this program me.

The research has come up with a number of appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
