This article sheds light on the reality of the waqf and the prospects for its investment in Algeria.

Thus, by knowing the reality of the Algerian experience in the management and propulsion of the waqf.

Also, by showing indication of waqf investment importance, which requires a certain behavior on the part of the state to ensure its proper implementation.

In addition to expanding the scope of the multiple investment waqf imposed by economic conditions, according to the priorities required by the new realistic changes, which necessarily calls for restructuring the management and propulsion of the waqf and adapting its legislation according to these changes in a way that makes a resource for providing social and economic needs leading to achieving sustainable development.
