And qualitatively, applying the form and armed observation to diagnose the educational reality of the physically disabled student, and the results gave the inadequacy of the urban pattern of the university to meet the needs of the category of students with motor disabilities in terms of corridors, rooms, pathways to join the stands, administration, and pedagogical supplements, and unanimously expressed their dissatisfaction with The urban plan of the university, which lacks a holistic conception of the elements related to social life.
