The aim of our study on this topic is to highlight the role of digital technology in achieving economic growth, especially after the Corona pandemic, and preparing for digital transformation and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of things and communications have become essential for North Africa, and Africa as a whole, to transform societies and economies, and to promote integration in Africa and generate growth.

Comprehensive economic, and to study the issue of digital development as an integrated economy project, it must be based on a comprehensive view that is concerned with infrastructure, platforms, digital skills and applications in vital areas, while striving for this digital economy to be based on respect for self-data, fair and inclusive, so that the possibilities of digital transformation are available to all.
