This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of some biocontrol agents (S.

cerevisia, Bacillus subtillus, Psudomonus fluorescens) and salicylic acid against tomato root rot disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani Under field conditions.

The results showed a significant effect of all treatments in reducing the severity of infection and reducing the loss in the growth characteristics studied in the form of individual or overlap between those treatments.

Treatment of triple overlap of these treatments showed a significant superiority in reducing the severity of infection as it reached (0.13) compared to the treatment compared to the presence of pathogenic fungus.

In addition to its superiority in reducing losses in the studied growth traits plant height, biological weight, number of flower buds, leaf weight (25.58, 107.55, 9.21, 12.43), although they did not differ significantly from the treatment of bilateral interference on some traits.
