Abstract EN

The research aims to measure knowledge management, costumer orientation and competitiveness quantitively in the two companies studied and compare results between them.

Erbil steel Co.

and GK steel Co.

are chose because they are the biggest two industrial Co.

in Iraqi prevate secture and their products (steel bars) are very important for construction the Iraqi economy infrastructure.

Based on data collected for the periode (2011-2013), researcher formulated two hypotheses: one was "the two companies achieve a positive level in veriables researched", other was "veriables inducators different between the two companies".

To prove this, researcher used quantitive measures universely adopted, and data are analysed.

The findings were that the two companies achieved a positive level in research veriables which was enough to accept the first hypothese, and there were differents between the two companies, thus, the second hypothese was accepted.

Based on these results some conclutions an recommundations were formulated.
