Abstract EN

This study aimed at defining the index, its origin and development, mentioning its types, qnd exposure to the types of indexes in the verified book, including: Index of Quranic Verses, Index of Prophetic Hadiths, Index of Flags, Index of Poems, Index of Places, Index of Books, Index of Sources and References…then how to write those indexes, and the methods of preparing them in the verified book, as I knew the latter, and the importance it has in reviving the heritage, and reading it a new reading.

and in known that books are sealed with multiple lists, usually called indexes, or proofs, and their existence differs from one book to another, even we hardly find books that are empty of them, and their presence increases and abounds in the books that have been verified, and the latter, in turn, differ among themselves in the types of indexes, and its importance, due to the nature of the manuscript.

This article discusses the types of indexes, how to accomplish them, arrange them, and write them in the investigative book.
