Abstract EN

The researchers aim at finding out the contribution of the practices of the academic leaders in the colleges of Anbar University to proactively directing the crises facing the university, especially in light of the challenges facing the governorate and seeking to reduce the gap between the stages of anticipating the crisis and taking the following and subsequent leadership measures In order to deal with this crisis, data were obtained on the sample of the research that was analyzed and the relationship of correlation and influence between the variables of the research.

The sample consisted of (140) persons (heads of departments, instructor) The questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering information, as well as personal interviews of a number of respondents to confirm the findings of the researchers.

The most important of these was that the academic leaders of the colleges of Anbar University focused on moral encouragement as an effective and important practice to enhance the capacity of Anbar University colleges To confront the crises and to move forward, and it has been shown that the academic leaders in the colleges were able to seriously employ the changes that occurred in the practice of empowering the principals to work, to make more positive changes in the field of strengthening the ability to forward in anticipation of Management Crisis.
