Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the attitudes of trainees at the Iraqi University Continuing Education Center towards electronic training.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used to collect the data, distributed to a sample of (75)the number of responses was (65) and (% 86.7).

The number of questionnaires valid for the analysis was (63).

In the statistical analysis of the data, several methods were used, including the means and the standard deviation.

The study reached several results.

All respondents expressed their desire to develop the training through the combination of it with the electronic training.

The results also revealed a clear understanding and perception among the respondents about the importance of electronic training in increasing knowledge and upgrading the skills and abilities of the trainees.

The study reached several recommendations, including the importance of the institution concerned to adopt training strategies based on developments in the field of information and communication technology, which requires the need to integrate in the training operations between traditional training, training and e-learning.
