The study has aimed at revealing the relationship between organizational culture and empowering workers in the private hospitals in Sana'a, Yemen.

The study population was selected from the staff of seven hospitals.

The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach and questionnaire is used as a main tool for collecting data from the sample (327) A total of 375 questionnaires were distributed in order to increase the response rate (256) questionnaires were valid for analysis.

There is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and empowerment of workers.
