Abstract EN

The research aims to diagnose role of positive psychological capital in the development of the employee's innovative behavior.

In the some companies the Ministry of Construction and housing, with total sample of (190) managers of departments and division, and adopted.

The questionnaire was adopted as a major tool to collecting the data and information that have been designed based on the ready-made scales.

The research concluded a set of conclusions that provide an acceptable level of positive psychological capital in the researched companies, in addition to role of promoting innovative behavior.

The main recommendation was the need for the companies to take advantage of the positive psychological capital in the development of innovative behavior.
