The objective of this study is to consider the decisions of the Banking Commission, which can be appealed to the Council of State, as the most important banking control body, which has been given by the legislature the authority to make decisions and issue decisions, making the appeal of its decisions one of the most important subjects to be considered.

As a result, the composition of this commission should be reviewed and supported by the qualified specialists of higher education in the banking field to integrate them with the judges, financial and economic professionals who represent the practical side, and the review of the banking system by the addition of materials on the regulation of electronic banking transactions.

The development of oversight bodies in greater detail is taking the lead-country model.
