Abstract EN

This research deals with the fatwa approach in the juridical issues of jurisprudence according to Ibn Arafa through his fatwas in the Arabized Standard, with the aim of contributing to controlling the knowledge of Ifta in the juridical issues of jurisprudence, by explaining the methods of previous scholars and investing them to enrich the jurisprudential and fundamentalist study of the Malikis.

To two parts: the first part is for the translation of Sheikh Ibn Arafa and his scholarly standing, and the second part is for explaining his approach to the fatwa by mentioning the sources on which he relied and his method for the fatwa.

It is known that each imam has his own way of fatwa, even if he intersects with the imams of his doctrine in some of the details of those ways.
