The national public properties play a vital role as they are dedicated to public use, either directly or through a public facility, provided that, in this case, they are well prepared for their purpose considering their nature.

As these properties are intended to serve the citizens, the Algerian legislator has tried to provide an appropriate legal protection.

This paper addresses the administrative protection of the national public properties in the Algerian law and highlights the most provisions that the legislator has brought in this regard and their efficiency.

Results: - The ence of the control of the use condition of the national properties in the privatization, which negatively affected them; - Well-defined limits of the national public properties would protect the natural public properties.
