تعد الجريمة المنظمة من اهم القضايا التي تثير اهتمام المجتمع الدولي، خصوصا مع التزايد المستمر للإجرام و المجرمين .
و تعد الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود من الجرائم الخطرة التي قد تهدد وجود الدولة و ابنائها لما لها من تبعات خطيرة تمس امن و سلامة الافراد و ممتلكاتهم بالشكل الذي يهدد الأمن المجتمعي و يسهم في تراجع مؤشر التنمية المستدامة فلم تعد الجريمة المنظمة سلوكا غير مشروع سواء كان فعلا او امتناعا يمكن اسناده لمرتكبه ليعاقب حسب القانون فحتى الدول لا تستطيع مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة بمعزل عن الدول الاخرى، ومرد ذلك ما تشهده الساحة من تأثير المتغيرات الدولية لا سيما العولمة هذا من جهة.
و من تطور علمي و تكنولوجي و تقدم في المعلوماتية و نظم الاتصالات الذي ارتقى بسبل واسلوب حياة الانسان الى الافضل من جهة ثانية، كل ذلك صاحبه تطور في الجريمة يشمل ظهور اشكال جديدة منها، و بأساليب عديدة و بخصائص تميزها عن غيرها من الجرائم التقليدية .تناول البحث أثر الجريمة المنظمة في التنمية المستدامة، مع التطبيق على عصابة الياكوزا في اليابان، وذلك من خلال ثلاث مباحث، و توصلنا في ختام البحث إلى أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين الجريمة المنظمة و التنمية المستدامة، فكلما انتشرت الجريمة المنظمة تراجعت مستويات التنمية، و كلما تراجع معدل الجريمة المنظمة كلما تعاظمت عملية التنمية.
Abstract EN
Organized crime is one of the most important issues of concern to the international community, especially with the continuous increase in crime and criminals.
Cross-border organized crime is considered one of the serious crimes that may threaten the existence of the state and its children because of its serious consequences that affect the security and safety of individuals and their property in a way that threatens societal security and contributes to the decline of the sustainable development index.
To be punished according to the law.
Even countries cannot fight organized crime in isolation from other countries.
This is due to the impact of international changes, especially globalization, on the one hand.
And from the scientific and technological development and progress in the information and communication systems that improved the ways and way of life of the human being for the better on the other hand, all of this was accompanied by a development in crime that includes the emergence of new forms of crime, in many ways and with characteristics that distinguish it from other traditional crimes.
