Abstract EN

The study aims to find out the reality of E-learning in Algerian institutions of higher education in view of the requirements for ensuring the quality of higher education, And on the basis of the steps taken by the National Committee for Internal Quality Assurance in Algerian higher education institutions CIAQES and the identification of the committees working in the field of quality assurance of educational service.

Depending on a field study of the study community, which is the University of Adrar.

The study found that the evaluation of the E-learning standard (F161) in the National Quality Assurance Reference reached an assessment of 1.33 out of 4 in 2019, which relied on the evidence related to this standard, whether proof of evidence (F1611) or evidence (F1612) or evidence (F1613) compared to an assessment of 2.66 from 4 years 2020, an increase of 100% attributed to the application of digital education platforms at the University of Adrar.

The study also found the ability of teaching staff members to work to diversify the types of education.

The study recommended the necessity of establishing a device to follow up the different education offers according to what was stipulated in the reference (F 16).

Also determining the number of E-learning offers according to what is stipulated in the proof of evidence (F 1612).

And determine the number of educational offers alternately according to the evidence of proof (F1613) mentioned in the National Quality Assurance Reference.
