Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the impact of inflation on economic growth in Algeria during 2000-2020 using multiple regression models and analytical descriptive approaches.

The study found that there is a negative effect of inflation on economic growth during the period studied.

Public expenditure had a positive role in driving growth as a result of the growth of domestic demand.

The study recommended the necessity of reducing the growth of money supply and public expenditure in order to maintain the stability of prices.
