تكتسي تصرفات المريض مرض الموت أهمية بالغة لما تفرزه من آثار قانونية على الورثة و التركة، من هذه التصرفات الزواج في مرض الموت و احتمال إدخال وارث جديد على التركة، لذلك اعتنى فقهاء الشريعة الإسلامية و التشريعات الوضعية بهذا الموضوع.
Abstract EN
The behavior of the patient of death-illness is of crucial importance, considering the legal impact that this behavior can have on heirs and on the inheritance, for example the marriage during the death-illness and the possibility of introducing a new heir into the inheritance; that is why the jurists of Islamic law and positive law attach great importance to this subject.
