Abstract EN

This research was conducted at the University of Babylon and aimed at (building standards according to the strategy of teacher preparation and professional development (2013-2020) and the modern global trends of teacher preparation programs).

Including them in a random way to be a sample of the research, which amounted to (45) teaching staff.

A specialist in education and psychology, and a standard was built to evaluate the professional preparation programs for teachers, which included (7) domains and (60) indicators whose validity and reliability were confirmed.

After collecting and analyzing the data statistically, and adopting 75% as a benchmark for the evaluation, the following results were reached: 1- The lack of achievement of the areas of professional preparation programs for teachers according to the standards of the strategy of teacher preparation and professional development for the year 2013-2020 and the standards of global trends2- Only (9) indicators were achieved out of (60) indicators for reasons including the researcher in his interpretation of the research This research was conducted at the University of Babylon and aimed at (building standards according to the strategy of teacher preparation and professional development (2013-2020) and the modern global trends of teacher preparation programs).
