تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الأرصدة الوسيطية للتسيير لمجمع صيدال، للتمكن الحكم على مدى صلاحية السياسات المالية و الإنتاجية و التسويقية المتبعة من طرف المجمع، و من تم تقديم الاقتراحات اللازمة لتحسين أدائه.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود العديد من نقاط الضعف التي يعاني منها مجمع صيدال لاسيما فيما يتعلق بتسويق المنتجات، التبعية المطلقة لاستيراد المواد الأولية، عدم انعكاس أجور المستخدمين على إنتاجية العامل و استهلاكها الجزء الأكبر من القيمة المضافة المحققة، بالإضافة إلى ضعف المردودية المالية.
Abstract EN
This study aims to analyze the intermediate balances of management of the Saidal Complex, to be able to judge the validity of the financial, production and marketing policies adopted by the group, and the necessary suggestions were made to improve its performance.
The study concluded that there are many weaknesses that the complex suffers from especially with regard to the marketing of products, absolute dependence on the import of raw materials, the lack of reflection of users’ wages on the worker’s productivity and consumption of the bulk of the added value achieved, and the weakness of financial profitability

Cette étude vise à analyser les soldes intermédiaires de gestion du groupe Saidal, pour pouvoir juger sur la fiabilité de la politique financière, de production et de commercialisation adoptées par le complexe, et les suggestions nécessaires ont été faites pour améliorer ses performances.
L’étude a conclu qu’il existe de nombreuse faiblesses dont souffre le complexe Saidal, notamment en ce qui concerne la commercialisation des produits, la dépendance absolue vis-à-vis de l’importation de matières premières, le manque de réflexion des salaires des utilisateurs sur la productivité de l’ouvrier et la consommation des l’essentiel de la valeur ajoutée réalisée, en plus de la faible rentabilité financière.
