هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية بكلية علوم التسيير العلوم الاقتصادية و العلوم التجارية بجامعة قسنطينة2، و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطوير استبيان مكون من 33 عبارة موزعة الى ثمانية أبعاد: (القيادة و مشاركة العاملين، الترقية، التدريب، الأجور و المكافآت، ظروف العمل المادية، العلاقات الإنسانية، الاستقرار الوظيفي، التوازن بين العمل و الحياة الاجتماعية)، و كانت أهم النتائج: -مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالكلية محل الدراسة كان متوسطا.
-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات افراد العينة حول مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية تعزي لبعض المتغيرات الشخصية.

M51The study aimed to identify the level of the quality of work life.
in the faculty of economic commercial and management at the university constantine2، to achieve the objective of the study; a questionnaire was developed٫ which consisted of (33) items and was divided into 08 dimension (leadership, employee participation, career promotion, training) Education, wages and bonuses, material work conditions, human relations, job stability and security, balance at work home and social life.

The most important results: -the level of quality of work life was average.
