"التفكير التصميمي" منهج لإدارة التحولات في المكتبات و مؤسسات المعلومات : دراسة استقصائية اثنوغرافية بشبكة المطالعة العمومية في الغرب الجزائري

Abstract EN

Libraries and information institutions in the Arab world live on paradoxes related, on one hand the ability to give responses to the transformations imposed by the social, urban and technological environment, and on the other hand, these libraries are attached to traditional concepts and classical management approaches, and the lack of necessary means and resources, which often puts the librarians within these spaces in front of the imperative of adopting and imitating the pioneering experiments of libraries in developed countries, which work under the right circumstances and conditions, or escape and avoid going into these transformations.

In this paper we will discuss some approaches that allow librarians in the Arab world to deal with these circumstances and overcome the problems and challenges that are stressed, and not to imitate and simulate the experiences of other countries, by focusing on the approach of «design thinking " or " human centered thinking ", where this study came the ethnographic survey of public reading libraries network in the West of Algeria, to highlight the representations of librarians about the changes and transformations affecting these institutions, their awareness and knowledge of the design thinking approach and its areas of use, and the activities that fall under it.

Les bibliotheques et les institutions d’information dans le monde arabe vivent des paradoxes lies, d’une part a la capacite de donner des reponses aux transformations imposees par l’environnement social, urbain et technologique, et d’autre part, elles sont attachees aux concepts traditionnels et aux approches classiques de gestion, et au manque de moyens et de ressource necessaires.

Ce qui met souvent les bibliothecaires au sein de ces espaces devant l’imperatif d’adopter et d’imiter les experiences pionnieres des bibliotheques des pays developpes, qui fonctionnent dans les bonnes circonstances et conditions, ou de fuir et d’eviter d’entrer dans ces transformations.

Dans cet article, nous discuterons de certaines approches qui permettent aux bibliothecaires dans le monde arabe de faire face a ces circonstances et de surmonter les problemes et les defis qui sont soulignes, et non pas d’imiter et de simuler les experiences d’autres pays, en se concentrant sur l’approche du « design thinking » ou « human centered thinking »>.

L’etude presentee s’appuie sur une enquete ethnographique du reseau des bibliotheques de lecture publique dans l’ouest de l’Algerie, pour mettre en evidence les representations des bibliothecaires sur les changements et les transformations qui affectent ces institutions, leur conscience et leur connaissance de l’approche design thinking et de ses domaines d’utilisation, ainsi que des activites qui en relevent.
