The study aims to try to diagnose the most prominent effects of the policy of professional integration on the employment of university graduates by analyzing the various indicators related to unemployment and employment according to the various employment formulas provided by the National Employment Agency.

Where the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to achieve this purpose.

The study concluded with a set of results, most notably the futility of the professional integration policy in its flat related to paid work due to the social nature that dominated the implementation of the employment policy in general.
