In this research paper, we dealt with the subject of poetic puzzles in ancient Arabic poetry, trying to shed light on them and highlight their nature, the diversity of their terms, their multiple themes and their types, as well as their artistic features.

This art, which is almost excluded from the circle of knowledge and scientific interest.

This research came as a contribution to 'highlighting the scientific and cognitive importance that the art of puzzle enjoys, which was not given its due right when it was reduced in the context of entertainment and filling the void.
