Abstract EN

This article deals with the issue of commitment in modern Arabic poetry, from its legal perspective emanating from the Islamic vision, and this is through selected poetic models of the Prince of Poets "Ahmed Shawqi".

It deals with various Islamic issues, the most important of which are: the pillars of Islam and its famous duties: “Prayer”, Zakat, and Hajj, as the Prince of Poets in these pillars had various poems celebrating them and calling people to adhere to and preserve them.
