The manifestations of violence against children have developed in the world of modern technologies and are still evolving to create for us cyber violence, which the jurists inable to defining its concept and clarifying its characteristics.

Ambiguity had its effect on the reality of the inability to hear children's screams and provide them with protection in the face of this phenomenon.

This prompted us to pose the following problem: What is the reality of legal protection for children in the face of cyber violence at the international and national levels? A problem that we tried to answer within the framework of the available legal texts, by addressing the concept of cyber violence, Sources of legal protection for children from cyber violence at the international and national levels, to reach the inability of the legislator, whether at the international or national level, to confront this phenomenon.

This necessitates a revolution in legislation to ensure protection for children in the face of cyber violence.
