In this article we dealt with important aspects related to local administrative police distinguished by its preventive nature at the local level (decentralization), as well as public health as one of the elements of public order and the purposes of administrative police in this field.

This research paper also includes the necessary measures by local control bodies, and the authorities that they possess in order to reduce the damage to public health, by focusing on the preventive aspect, as well as the good use and activation of various legal and human material means, to improve and develop its performance with the aim of preserving the public health system.
