Abstract EN

We Can identification the effectiveness of government spending in the training of cadres in the Kurdistan Region during the follow-up of the number of training courses, the number of participants ,and the volume of spending in this area in various government Sectors.

The investment spending been narrowed in to training of three main Sectors: Education & Higher education, Health, and Agriculture Sectors.

Due to lack of access to integrated data in the field of training at the level of the region, and in order to achieve the goal, two indicators been selected which are expenditure in real and unreal for each sector separately.

The research reached the fact that there is a weakness in the Public expenditure effectiveness in carders training field in the region.
