هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور اختبارات الضغط في قياس قدرة البنوك القطرية على تحمل الصدمات الناتجة عن و باء كورونا.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع المصرفي القطري قادر بشكل عام على تحمل أزمة كورونا.
حيث أعطت نتائج اختبارات الضغط المطبقة وفقا لافتراض أسوء السيناريوهات و المتمثل في بلوغ مستويات عالية من القروض غير المنتظمة من القطاع الخاص، نسب كفاية رأس المال للقطاع المصرفي القطري تقدر بـ 12.

Abstract EN
This study aims to determine the role of pressure tests in measuring the resilience of Qatar’s banks to shocks resulting from the negative consequences of Corona.
The study found a series of findings, the most important of which was that pressure tests showed that the capital adequacy ratio of the banking sector of the State of Qatar was 12.6% and 12.9% for 2019 and 2020 respectively, after the worst-case scenario of assuming high levels of irregular private sector loans, that is, assuming the above scenario that This means that the Qatari banking system is generally able to withstand corona crisis.
