In light of the conditions that the world is going through today from the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19), this research paper highlights the reality and trends of e-government as one of the most important mechanisms that contribute to reducing the effects of this pandemic, and considering these effects in themselves is an opportunity to transform governments from Focusing on traditional government To focus on e-government through digital transformation and keeping pace with the use of modern technologies to be able to provide the needs of citizens and the business sector for services efficiently and effectively to advance development, by focusing on one of the Arab models represented in the Qatar case study.
