This paper focuses on historical vision of Issac Ebeid professor of medieval history in faculty of arts Ain shams university he published his leading study Rome and Byzantium which can be considered important work in field of relations between east and west in the middle ages prof Ebeid could deeply study responsibility of pope innocent during dramatic events of fall of Constantinople in the fourth crusade in the year.
