Abstract EN

The growing gap between developed countries that have inventions and technological technique that lack the sources of biodiversity, and developing countries that have genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge that lack the technological technique, necessitates to enact national and international legislations to establish the rules for preserving of biodiversity and genetic resources in a sustainable way, therefore, algeria has taken serious measures in terms of protection of biological resources through the issuance of law 07/14 of august 9, 2014 related to biological resources, which aims to define the procedures for obtaining, preserving, maintaining, circulating, transferring and valuing biological resources and the fair and equitable sharing of the benefits resulting from their use as well as the knowledge associated with them.
