Abstract EN

The study focused on the Condor Algeria for electronics industry, where its mission and strategic vision were analyzed and the conclusion of its philosophy represented by the basic values that the enterprise seeks to establish in its organizational culture.

Using the interview and questionnaire, the results came to show that most of the contents of the mission and the strategic vision, unknown to the workers.

On the other hand, Most of the basic values derived from the mission of the enterprise appeared to be widespread in the work environment and workers feel their entrenchment in the organizational culture at strong levels, while the level of spread of values derived from the strategic vision was weak.
