to achieve the objectives of the current research, the two researcher prepared a scale of perceived self-efficacy, and applied the tool the sample of Statistical analysis of (400) ) male and female employees ,The researcher verified the apparent validity and indicators of Al-Banna's validity for the scal, Apply the scale to a sample of (347) male and female employees, and after collecting data and treating it statistically .

and by using the T-test for one sample , the results of this research Showed The health staff of Dhi Qar enjoy perceived self-efficacy.
