The aim of the current research is to evaluate the achievement of students of scientific departments at the College of Education, Ibn Rushd for Humanities in the comprehensive examination as an indicator to ensure the quality of the educational program.

The researcher obtained the number of students of the Ibn Rushd College of Education for the Humanities for the academic year 2018/2019 distributed by (683) male and female students in the scientific departments for morning study by (60% ) and (454) male and female students in the scientific departments for evening study at (40% ).

Morning examiners (84% - 98% ) who took the comprehensive exam, and the percentage of students examining for the evening study ranged (16% - 98% )The evaluation included a sample of fourth-grade students, the morning study numbered (617) male and female students (90% ), and the evening study reached (259) male and female students (57% ) in the scientific departments (Arabic, English, Kurdish, history, Geography, educational and psychological sciences, Quranic sciences) for the academic year 2018/2019, and he has prepared achievement tests for students of each scientific section by (40) paragraphs, thirty paragraphs of which are of multiple choice type and ten questions of the specific type of essay answer, and verify the apparent sincerity of the tests only Stability in half-way.

In the light of analyzing the evaluation results of the comprehensive exam for students of the College of Education, Ibn Rushd, for the humanities for morning study and evening study, it was found that the average scores of students of the College of Education, Ibn Rushd for the scientific departments for the morning and evening studies have a weak level and below the acceptable level, and that there is a difference between the average students 'scores for morning study and the average of students' scores For the evening study and for the benefit of the morning study, (39% ) of the students from the morning study and the evening study at the College of Education Ibn Rushd had succeeded in the comprehensive exam, and (42% ) of the students of the morning study at the College of Education Ibn Rushd for the Humanities s Succeeded in the comprehensive examination, and reached (34% ) of the students study the evening at the College of Education, Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences have succeeded in the comprehensive exam.

The grades of students attending the Ibn Rushd College of Education for Human Sciences also tend to have weak grades.

It was found that the distribution of grades is positive and quirky, and evening grades for students in the College of Education Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences tend to weak grades, it turns out that the distribution of grades is positive, and there is no Distinction between Ibn Rushd College of Education students for morning study and evening study, there is no male or female student who got a very good grade or excellence.
