The research deals with the narrative space in one of the Algerian novels that gave it special attention; that novel is A Wonderful Day of Death, to reveal his work in it and his relationship with narration and vision, so we can reveals the aesthetic of the contemporary Algerian novel, and reveals the presentation of space in it, and how the city is depicted in it, especially since this novel draws his space in the form of a line so that the city becomes only paths, and by the intersection of paths the narration and the philosophical vision is enerated
