Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the theoretical background of sustainable development strategy: Egypt vision 2030, South Valley University role in achieving it in Upper Egypt, the role of technology business incubator in achieving the objectives of sustainable development and to put a suggested paradigm for a technology business incubator at South Valley University as an approach for achieving sustainable development in Upper Egypt.

This study used the analytical approach to analyze sustainable development strategy: Egypt vision 2030 and South Valley University strategic plan 2018/2019 _ 2022/2023.

Also to analyze the results of studies related to Technology business incubator and its role in achieving Sustainable development to put a suggested paradigm for Technology business incubator in South Valley University to achieve sustainable development in Upper Egypt.

The research reached a set of results, the most important of that are: technology business incubators in Egypt specially in universities have many obstacles as: the law, legal, financial, systematic and organizational factors that are considered as obstacles in achieving the objectives of Sustainable development.

Also performing a Technology business incubator in South Valley University will help in solving all problems related to scientific research, researchers, students, postgraduates and university staff in putting their work into productive reality.

So this Technology business incubator in South Valley University will be as tool to achieve the objectives of sustainable development in Upper Egypt.
