The present study aims at shedding light on the approach to ethics of care as an advanced philosophical trend in the consideration of the exceptional relationship between the heads of the academic departments and the teaching assistants in these departments, and the most important aspects that constitute the ethics of care for heads of departments.

This will result in an increase in the degree of affiliation of the teaching assistants to their departments, the college and the university, and will be paid in order to improve their performance and prepare them research, pedagogically and socially to meet the tasks, jobs and T expected of them in their community service and contribute to its development and his accession.
