يقسم المشرع الجزائري الصناعات التقليدية إلى ثلاث أقسام هي الصناعة التقليدية والصناعة التقليدية الفنية الصناعة التقليدية الحرفية لإنتاج المواد الصناعة التقليدية الحرفية للخدمات إلا أن الصناعات التقليدية الفنية أهم مكون في هذه الصناعات التقليدية والحرفية إذا أردنا تطوير القطاع.
وهو ما نبحث فيه.

The Algerian legislator divides the traditional industries into three sections: handicrafts and crafts of art, handicrafts for the production of goods, handicrafts for services, but crafts of art is the most important component of these traditional and artisanal industries.

Le législateur algérien divise les industries traditionnelles en trois sections: artisanat et artisanat d'art, artisanat de production de biens, artisanat de services, mais l'artisanat d'art et la composante la plus importante de ces industries traditionnelles et artisannelles.
