Abstract EN

Study summary; This study aims to know the extent of the contribution of knowledge management and its dimensions (formation, creativity, development of expertise) in predicting organizational commitment and its dimensions (emotional, continuous, and normative).

The researcher used the descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire as a tool to collect data on a sample of 258 male and female employees at University Ahmed Zabana of RELIZANE clientele, and the study reached the following results: 1- There is a contribution to the two dimensions of knowledge management (formation, creativity) in predicting organizational commitment and its dimensions (emotional, continuous, normative) in the ence of any contribution to the dimension (development of experiences).
