Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the leadership patterns and the quality of services in the telecommunication sector of (Aghouat, Ghardaia and Ouargla).

The importance of this study lies in choosing the appropriate leadership pattern that affects and reflects in the improvement of workers, services and the responsible efficiency.

That is why we used the questionnaire tool which was delivered on the leaders sample.

After having collecting the data and analyzing it by SPSS 22.

0 and choosing the hypotheses of the study through the T test for one sample, and the multiple regression.

The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the two types of democratic and dictatorial leadership and the quality of services, In the telecommunications sector of (Aghouat, Ghardaia and Ouargla), while the relationship was not statistically significant for the autocratic and serial leadership types.
