This research aims to demonstrate the rolr of Islamic instruments in financing the budget deficit by indentifying how to attract and mobilize the resources necessary and sufficient to finance the budget deficit, We also considered in this study to provide an analysis of the budget deficit causes in Algeria during the period 1990-2019 and clarify the challenge facing the issuance of Islamic instruments to finance the budget deficit in Algeria.

The study found that Islamic instruments are an effective financing tool in filling the budgetary deficit and are accepted in Muslim societies that rejected the idea of usury.
