Electronic contracts, in terms of international private law, face critical challenges and difficulties that would hinder their pace andsimplicity.

These challenges are related fundamentally to crucial problem; concern determining the judicial authority that is specialized in resolving the dispute which results from this sort of contracts.

Along with the interference that electronic contracts are witnessing, most of comparative legislations relied on what is called “the autonomy of the parties” when addressing international competence.
