إن العلاقة بين حقوق الإنسان و التنمية، علاقة متينة متكاملة، فمن المستحيل أن تتحقق التنمية في مجتمع، لا يعير اهتماما لحقوق الإنسان.
و تستمد هذه العلاقة حيويتها من أن الهدف الأسمى للجهود التنموية هو تحقيق الرفاه الاجتماعي، و الذي لن نصل إليه، إذا أهدرنا كرامة الإنسان و أدميته و ضيقنا هامش الحرية التي ينعم بها كحق طبيعي له، و مهما اختلفت الرؤى بشأن طبيعة العلاقة بين التنمية و حقوق الإنسان، الثابت أن الإنسان يشكل الموضوع الرئيسي لعملية التنمية
Abstract EN
The relationship between human rights and development is similar, a strong and integral relationship, and it is impossible to achieve development in a society that does not pay attention to human rights.
This relationship derives its vitality from the fact that the ultimate goal of development efforts is to achieve social well-being, to which we will not reach, if we destroy human dignity, human blood and narrow the margin of freedom it enjoys as its natural right.
