The study sought to achieve a main goal, which is to identify the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence techniques in social networking sites from the point of view of educational media students, to identify the areas of using artificial intelligence techniques in social networking sites, in addition to monitoring the positive and negative effects and forms of anxiety and tension through the use of Artificial intelligence techniques in social networking sites, and the study was based on building its variables and interpreting its results on the theory of dissemination of innovative ideas, and the survey method was employed, and in its framework a sample of 400 individuals from educational media students from Mansoura and Damietta Universities was surveyed, The questionnaire tool was employed, and the study reached several results, including that the students confirmed their knowledge of various artificial intelligence techniques, and a large proportion of the respondents indicated the extent to which social networking sites depend on artificial intelligence techniques, and social sentiment analysis came as a first point in terms of the effectiveness of using intelligence techniques.

The contribution to planning to influence the behavioral intent better as an expected benefit from the use of artificial intelligence techniques in social networking sites.
